Brandon University Faculty Association ******FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE*****OCTOBER 13, 2008 BUFA/BU RESUME TALKS The parties in the ongoing dispute at Brandon University today agreed to issue the following statement: "Negotiating teams for the Brandon University Faculty Association and the Brandon University Board of Governors met today for an hour, and agreed to meet again on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, in the afternoon. The parties also agreed to a press embargo in the interim." BUFA has been on legal strike since Monday, September 29, 2008.
