Your shift assignments appear in the spreadsheet named "picket-schedule.htm." Next to your name (listed alphabetically) you will see two "x"s, in columns that indicate the daily picket shifts to which you have been assigned. We have tried to accommodate your preferences.

As a reminder, here are the times of day corresponding to each shift:

Shift #1 = 0800-0900
Shift #2 = 0900-1030
Shift #3 = 1030-1200
Shift #4 = 1200-1330
Shift #5 = 1330-1500
Shift #6 = 1500-1630
Shift #7 = 1630-1800

Please bear in mind the complexity of the scheduling task, and the task of assuring balanced shifts. If you have concerns about your assignment, they should be directed to your area representative or to the Picket Captain. If for unforeseen reasons you need to change your shift, you may attempt to arrange a switch (again, refer to the Excel spreadsheet) with another member. Any such switch, however, requires the approval of the picket captain.

Those who have requested alternate duties for medical reasons will be contacted by telephone.
